By using this website, requesting a quote, or scheduling service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or book service.
We are a licensed and insured plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractor serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities. The specific work we perform for you is defined by the scope we agree on for your job — not by the general descriptions on this website.
Any price we give you before we see the job is an estimate. Prices shown on this site are starting points and can change based on what we find on site, the condition of your existing equipment, parts availability, permit requirements, and the actual scope of work.
A price becomes firm when we give you a written scope and price for your specific job and you approve it. If we discover something during the work that changes the price, we will tell you and get your approval before continuing.
We will do our best to arrive within the appointment window we give you. Weather, emergencies, and jobs that run long can affect timing, and we will contact you if we are running late.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
We offer emergency service outside normal business hours. Emergency availability depends on crew availability at the time you call, and after-hours work may be billed at different rates than standard appointments. We will tell you the rate before we dispatch.
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will provide an invoice showing the work performed. Any deposit terms for larger jobs will be set out in your written scope.
We warrant our workmanship. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work, contact us and we will come back and make it right.
Equipment and parts carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, which is separate from our workmanship warranty and is governed by the manufacturer’s terms. The specific warranty terms that apply to your job are the ones stated on your invoice or written scope.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations by others, or normal wear.
To the fullest extent allowed by Colorado law, our liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for the job the claim arises from. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost business.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete or error-free. Pricing, promotions, and service descriptions can change without notice. Content on this site is for general information and is not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your specific situation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute relating to these terms or to our work will be handled in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
